Currently, almost 900 students are studying at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Beside lectures and other classes, students can express themselves in different student organisations.

Almost every Department has its own students’ scientific associations. Students can join them and start to be a part of the scientific team.

Polish Pharmaceutical Students’ Association, Gdansk Branch
It’s a regional branch of an independent, country-wide association of students of pharmacy. Their main goal is to support pharmacy students and young pharmacists together with help them to improve knowledge and practical skills.

Students about the Faculty
I decided to choose MUG for a few reasons. First one is the high level of teaching at the University. I like the way the teachers and the others in the University care about students and their future. If I want to do more than just studying – I ask about some extra experimental work in the laboratory and our super adviser establishes a part of the laboratory for me. That’s great! Another important issue is the equipment in the laboratories – it’s modern and very useful to learn. Also, MUG is very friendly for international students. I can easily navigate between offices and departments – they’re almost all labeled in English. Paperwork and formal issues – no problem, University staff communicate perfectly in English! Last, but not least – the part of Gdansk where MUG is located is so beautiful and people are very kind!
